All items are returnable less 5% for credit card fees, $9.75 for re-packaging, plus shipping and handling cost. For all manuals that comes with CD's and software we can only accept returns on unopened packages.  By industry standard all e-books are non-returnable items.  All return items must be post mark 10 days from the shipping date.
